What's your payment policy?
After receiving service/s, a customer is given an invoice or a statement. Payment of both types of accounts is due within seven (7) days of receipt.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/service we will give you a seven (7) day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods or you can accept credits towards future linen rental.
How can I pay my account?
Baythe Linen & Laundry uses go cardless or withmarmalade Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
